PR Breakthrough blog. I thought it was very necessary and very important to create this blog, because I'm huge on inspiration and encouraging others to go after what they want to do in life. The purpose of my blog is to share insight on what REALLY goes on in the world of PR. As much I love PR, I think it's important that people understand the true meaning of public relations, and also understand that it's not about the rich & famous. As a publicist, you don't do anything that's considered 'normal'. If you think you're working 9-5, then this isn't the field for you. I don't mean to sound harsh, just being honest. If you think it's about hanging with celebrities and walking the red carpet, then your mindset is headed in the wrong direction.
